I love to shop at the St Ives shop, the ladies are fantastic at offering options, they suggest pieces that perhaps I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. I always leave the shop happy.

I went in there looking for a shirt for my husband, and the salesperson was just wonderful. She asked if I was happy to browse initially, which I was, so she left me to look. And then, when I needed her help, she was very helpful with information, fashion suggestions, getting sizing right, their returns policy and letting me know about a discount that was available to me.
