Had a handful of clothing to purchase but after being looked up and down by the workers and all the change rooms having clothes in them “reserved” but no customers using them.. I put it all back and walked out. Clearly have to fit the right look to be treated human in the store.
I went into Country Road Marion store yesterday to buy several items but walked out with none. When I entered the store 2 sales people were having a personal conversation and looked over at me but just kept talking. I kept looking as I really needed some new clothes. Picked up items and looked around for help...a different woman was behind the counter and when I approached she very obviously looked me up and down and didnt say a word. That was it !!!! Was really disappointed with Country road customer service on Saturday, My partner and I do shop alot at the Country road stores but on Saturday we brought a dress and my partners members rewards voucher expired 3 days earlier but there was nothing they would do, We all work during the week. I was just disappointed with there reaction I'm sure they could have helped in some way.
I have had huge issues with trying to contact the stand alone store at Westfield Marion SA the 1800 number on Google is out of service, the CR David Jones store could not give me the number? Ridiculous. I had something on hold which I needed to contact them about, why are there no contact numbers online, or on the CR website?
