Was really disappointed with Country road customer service on Saturday, My partner and I do shop alot at the Country road stores but on Saturday we brought a dress and my partners members rewards voucher expired 3 days earlier but there was nothing they would do, We all work during the week. I was just disappointed with there reaction I'm sure they could have helped in some way.
I have had huge issues with trying to contact the stand alone store at Westfield Marion SA the 1800 number on Google is out of service, the CR David Jones store could not give me the number? Ridiculous. I had something on hold which I needed to contact them about, why are there no contact numbers online, or on the CR website?

I mainly purchase from their vast assortment of quality men's polos,caps, shirts and chinos,and sometimes their shoes and accessories!
