I went in to purchase three men’s outfits for the races and was feeling a little overwhelmed by all the choices. The store manager, Narelle noticed straight away and stepped in to help. Within minutes, she had multiple outfits lined up for me and I didn’t have to lift a finger. She even went the extra mile by providing return postage bags in case the men decided not to keep any of the outfits. Exceptional service and such a smooth, stress-free experience—thank you, Country Road.
Country Road has been okay. The customer service is either good or bad. It really depends on the person that is serving you. I think that the people could be trained better. Thus, the 3 star rating.
Manager was very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed my shopping trip greatly!
