I enjoy the layout of this store. It’s easy to shop in and get a sense of the season. Staff at the checkout were friendly and helpful.

One of two Country Road stores in Chatswood (the other is in Chatswood Chase) located in Westfield. I’ve visited on a couple of occasions and staff have always been friendly and attentive - there may have been some changes in the last year when there seem to have been a few negative reviews posted. Only downside is they don’t seem to stock the entire range in store eg certain colours of pants.
for a flagship store, they should really improve their services. Especially the senior staff, i feel they have a weird sense of entitlement to not respond customers with a smile and friendly service. Im a gold member, and was told they can't do store transfer for sales items, whereas other stores have no problem doing that.
