Visited this store today and was absolutely horrified by the disgraceful excuse for customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such arrogance, especially from the short blonde working. I believe her name was Anna. I came in genuinely excited to try on new clothes and spend money here, but the moment I mentioned to my mother that I felt a little too big in the pants I had on, the staff member scoffed at me. Very disappointed with Country Road Italian yarn jumper , bought in three colours . One jumper has a hole , took it to Country Road Castle Towers store and was snubbed by staff who dismissed my concern by putting the blame on me . This is an expensive piece of clothing . One would expect better quality from Country Road . Do not buy Country Road wool jumpers ever , may as well throw money down the drain - buyer beware ! I visited the store on Saturday 17 May around noon to return some items and was served by Lexi (according to the receipt). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far from the level of service I expected for such a well known brand. From the start the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a simple return. Based on the questions Lexi asked it seemed like she was implying that I had used the items.
