Most staff at Country Road Castle Towers are helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, one particular staff member has now been consistently rude and dismissive across separate visits involving both my wife and me. Today I went in to return an online order. Well stocked and presented store, but very strange, unfriendly, and cold staff members. As gold tier members, we’d never felt more unwelcome in a CR store.
Went to the store on 15/8/26, and the service was horrible. This tall sales assistant lady with glasses was rude and condescending towards us. She kept taking out the clothes we wanted to try from the fitting room. Then when we went to the counter to pay, she kept interrupting us, talked down to us and made the whole experience very unpleasant. Country Road head office needs to teach her what customer service is. No wonder there were hardly any customers in there, even with the sale on. Would not recommend shopping here.
They need to teach this Country Road, Castle Towers' crew a thing or two about customer service. The straight faces, the uptight attitude. All of the staff have some high-handed arrogance about them, but the big lady with the glasses can admonish you if you're returning an item and it's not properly folded.
