RUDEST, most unhelpful staff you will ever come across!! Don’t shop there.
Fiona was amazing. I was running late for dinner, got a stain on my shirt and needed a new one. She helped me pick up and shirt, steamed it so it was looking fresh and I was back on my way. Fantastic service. Thank you.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Country Road Pacific Fair. My partner and I were subjected to rude, hostile and completely unprofessional behaviour by staff in the upstairs fitting room and counter area. What started as a poor interaction quickly escalated into ongoing harassment. I had a wonderful experience at Country Road Pac fair store thanks to Marta. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.
