A wonderful service by a wonderful lady from Adelaide. I am so disappointed I didn't ask her name. I ended up buying a pair of beautiful black trousers that honestly I could have bought anywhere. Thank you for your genuine service!
Was served today by Marta, whose service was impeccable for my sister and I. Nothing was too difficult and she helped us find pieces that suited us and left us feeling comfortable and confident.
Terrible quality clothes and terrible customer service. Not worth it. Disgusting treatment of customers. Retail workers first step, be decent humans and don’t gas light customers? Never have I ever experienced this from a retail worker? Your consumer rights law are apparently null and void here. So they say.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here. I went in with a toiletry bag that I purchased for $120 less than 12 months ago. The zipper had broken and I came in to see if either a replacement would be possible or if the zipper could be repaired. I was laughed at and undermined by the ladies there and they stated that I’ve had it for a year and I should be looking at buying a new one.
