Always get great service from Mel and the entire team at CR Geelong. Even when it’s busy during sale event offers the team always take the time to help find the right size, colour and best value for money.
The staff here think they work at Yves Saint Laurent or the alike. Incredibly pretentious, rude, judemental. Always a horrorific customer sevice experience. Todays experience was probably the worst yet. I ordered via click and collect to avoid their behaviour and they couldnt even manage to be polite for my orders collection.Will never shop here again.

I usually think twice before giving a bad review to any place as I always take in consideration the busy time of the year and the stress. Unfortunately, with Country Road West Field Geelong it's another level of unprofessional and judgmental staff who look you from head to toe as soon as you walk in without a single smile or any greeting.
