Disgusting behaviour from staff this morning Friday 10/4/26. I was constantly put under surveillance while watching my 4 year old granddaughter while my daughter was shopping for new work clothes. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Thank you to the ladies at Whitchery and Seed who welcomed us into their stores and of course we purchased items from those stores. Too bad you lost $1000 new wardrobe this morning Country Road. Please no pathetic excuses.
Outstanding! The staff, especially Fiona, were so helpful and patient with helping me to find sizing, the right fit and the right colour scheme for me. I am so grateful and LOVE my new wardrobe essentials!
I’ve been into the Country Road store at Karrinyup twice now, and both experiences were disappointing. The women at the counter didn’t acknowledge my presence at all while I was browsing, and when I went up to pay there was no attempt at conversation or basic customer engagement. Instead, they continued talking amongst themselves and gossiping about other staff and customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service like this really lets the brand down. I can see why this store has very poor rating now after how I was treated today. I would give a zero rating if I could. They refused to take a valid recently purchased in date return, dress with all the tags etc. Unworn and untouched. Saying it smelt like it has been washed/perfume. I make no apologies I live in a clean fragrant house! Absolutely ridiculous and insulting customer service.
