Outstanding! The staff, especially Fiona, were so helpful and patient with helping me to find sizing, the right fit and the right colour scheme for me. I am so grateful and LOVE my new wardrobe essentials!
I’ve been into the Country Road store at Karrinyup twice now, and both experiences were disappointing. The women at the counter didn’t acknowledge my presence at all while I was browsing, and when I went up to pay there was no attempt at conversation or basic customer engagement. Instead, they continued talking amongst themselves and gossiping about other staff and customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service like this really lets the brand down. I can see why this store has very poor rating now after how I was treated today. I would give a zero rating if I could. They refused to take a valid recently purchased in date return, dress with all the tags etc. Unworn and untouched. Saying it smelt like it has been washed/perfume. I make no apologies I live in a clean fragrant house! Absolutely ridiculous and insulting customer service. Whoever the 2 ladies working on Thursday afternoon on the 27.11 needs some proper training on customer etiquette. Sighing when my mother was buying YOUR products is absolutely disgusting - and it’s not even the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. The lack of professionalism, human decency, and politeness shown was absurd. I’m truly disappointed that you keep staff who’ve had multiple complaints on. Do better!
