A beautifully presented store with lovely staff. Highly recommended.
Beautiful store and lovely clothes, but for a company this size it's a shame you can't call the stores directly. It would make checking store stock and click and collect a lot simpler.
I went in to pick up a click and collect order and it was a poor experience. I gave the person my name and she went off to find the order only to come back and ask for my name again ... If she didn't know, what was she looking for in the back for so long. I wished I was served by the other lady that was assisting another customer, she was so friendly and attentive to her customers.

Beautiful store inside and out! This is the best country road store I’ve ever been in. I used to work for them in NZ but our stores looked nothing as nice as this! Super friendly team and excellent service. They were all so lovely. Got my work wardrobe for the year.
