Fiona was amazing. I was running late for dinner, got a stain on my shirt and needed a new one. She helped me pick up and shirt, steamed it so it was looking fresh and I was back on my way. Fantastic service. Thank you.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Country Road Pacific Fair. My partner and I were subjected to rude, hostile and completely unprofessional behaviour by staff in the upstairs fitting room and counter area. What started as a poor interaction quickly escalated into ongoing harassment. I had a wonderful experience at Country Road Pac fair store thanks to Marta. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Marta assisted me with both styling and sizing, offering thoughtful suggestions that made it much easier to find pieces that suited me. Beautiful store and lovely clothes, but for a company this size it's a shame you can't call the stores directly. It would make checking store stock and click and collect a lot simpler.
