My wife & l shop a lot at Westfield Geelong store, it come down to paying for our purchase. We pointed out that we had a loyalty card but to the sale person it was a big deal to see if we had any rewards & to find out that we had a reward card in the system. No rewards point for us but still but what was the big deal.
I will help to permanently remove fake, bad, and negative reviews or link from Google Business profiles. All my contact info is right on my profile - hit me up. After work you can pay..
Always get great service from Mel and the entire team at CR Geelong. Even when it’s busy during sale event offers the team always take the time to help find the right size, colour and best value for money.
The staff here think they work at Yves Saint Laurent or the alike. Incredibly pretentious, rude, judemental. Always a horrorific customer sevice experience. Todays experience was probably the worst yet. I ordered via click and collect to avoid their behaviour and they couldnt even manage to be polite for my orders collection. Will never shop here again.
