We’ve lived here a few years now and we seemed to have a decent experience up to this year/summer. No place is perfect and I don’t expect it to be. We moved here because the pricing for a townhome with the amenities is around the best you can get in this area. This year they didn’t open the pool and the office/management has very poor communication with the residents, you have to get on them. If you’re looking to rent DO NOT RENT HERE and I would definitely look at the place before signing anything!! Just moments before I signed a 12 month lease I took a tour of the townhouse and it was not move in ready as described. The stench of cat pee that only got worse by the minute, 2 lights did not work, the kitchen sink leaked, the flooring in the bathroom near the toilet was not completed. The paint around every single window was chipped. It was not good.
