Kim is the absolute BEST! She is sweet, genuinely kind and caring. She is perfect for the job she is doing at this facility!!
Staff was good and patients were amazing. Director “Kim” did not care about her employees, wouldn’t pay on time, and refused to pay for some over time hours worked. If an employee was sick and contagious they were still expected to work around elderly patients. I’ve talked to many others that have worked under her and have had many of the same experiences. My one star was generous!
From the staff and the residents,this place makes you happy to come to work. I love my job and all the people there. I just wish I would have found Country Place Sooner!!
