Last month we transitioned my husband to Country Oaks after a long period of caretaking at home. To be able to trust that he is safe and getting the care he needs has been a blessing for our family. The team of caretakers are so attentive and kind. OT/PT support is helping with his mobility- something we could not accomplish at home. Jessica is so wonderfully communicative, and we are grateful for the support we are receiving from her and her team.
Thank you to everyone at Country Oaks for providing my mother with a safe and loving environment. I know she is receiving the best care and all of the staff are the best at what they do. I appreciate each and every one of them.
Maxine took care of my family and was great help!!
