We couldn’t be happier with our experience with COUNTRY NEIGHBORS LLC! Patrick is extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and generous. We absolutely love our ladder!! I have to throw in a shout out for his unadvertised cutting boards. They are the perfect size for quick jobs, cocktail prep, or used as a cheese board. They are my go to, love them! My experience has been outstanding. I ordered my hardware and it arrived so quickly...before I even finished building my ladder! I was immediately impressed with the quality of the hardware and the care he took packaging it for shipping. As my project progressed, I needed to change plans due to the electrician's conduit being right at the edge of our barn loft. Patrick knew exactly what to do. Very pleased with the experience from COUNTRY NEIGHBORS , they were very easy to work with and make produce well-made products. Patrick was very helpful in assisting me on this project as well as sending me a spreadsheet outlining the ladder build. THANKS!
Quality is impeccable. Have had my ladder up for 2.5 years with no issues or concerns. Always get so many great compliments on it with those who visit and even have had neighbors check in to see where I got the ladder! Customer service is top notch as well, as I had to make an alteration to my mount due to my own misread of my set up and they were quick to work with me in getting me new parts. Will definitely work with them again!
