Wonderful people who will walk you through and help you understand what services they offer. Driver's to meals on wheels and office staff are amazing people.
I would not recommend Country Neighbor Program’s transportation services. A driver of one of their vehicles (549ZVJ) demonstrated harassing of pedestrians and unsafe driving behavior at the Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital handicap drop off area. If the Country Neighbor driver believes that her behavior is appropriate, I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of anyone utilizing their transportation services. I contacted their office to let them know to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else with this driver. ... read more
