I went in on a Friday of August long weekend to pickup a chuck roast, I was running a bit late that day and arrived at roughly 6pm, an hour before closing. They had the chuck but we're unable to cut it to size due to no on hand butchers. Going to a butcher shop generally should have a butcher on hand especially if you're open, not just front line staff.
