Had a wonderful experience at Country Meadows of Hershey after knee replacement surgery in June 2025. Staff are all personable and courteous, food is good. They take you to and from Physical therapy @ HMC. Quiet. Worth the cost...........Ed
Very nice senior facility providing good quality care and various activities for their residents. Staff are friendly and the facility and it’s grounds are so clean.
My wife and I looked at numerous senior care facilities before selecting one we thought my mother would like. My mother first moved into the Independant Living faciity of Country Meadows, Hershey where she felt like it was home. The residents and staff there were all very friendly and helpful. She later transitioned to the Assisted Living facility where everyone was so caring and helpful with administering her medications, bathing and other needs she was no longer capable of doing on her own. It's a very difficult decision when you're looking at placing a loved one into someone else's care. Especially when your expectations are very high. Fortunately, we made the correct decision in Country Meadows of Hershey. We were challenged both with assisted living at the same time entering into hospice. I think that Country Meadows is a pleasant place to live. There is always something to do and I have made some nice friends since moving here. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Definitely the right choice for me!
