It's been a week-and-a-half and things are going much better at Country Meadows than they were in another facility. Sue and Chastity were fantastic in helping with my parents' transition and in showing my wife and I how a professional facility can ease our burden and provide excellent care without us having to hover or hound them. CM is on top of Mom and Dad's care and has already been successful in using various methods to accomplish a task (like getting a resident to bathe). I’m writing this afternoon to let you know how absolutely happy I am about my dad’s care & most particularly, his activity level. I am thrilled that he is participating in listening to music (there was a concert yesterday that he thoroughly enjoyed). He is actually looking forward to different events & I would need to credit Country Meadows in seeking him out to include him in these as he forgets on his own & is sometimes shy of asking or even shy of me asking for him. My, grandfather lived in memory care for a bit here. The staff were well trained and compassionate. He is gone now. I recommend them.

Beautiful facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We worked with Sue Okuniewski and she was absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate the journey.
