Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

I have my family member here at Country Meadows, the staff is amazing with her. The CNA’s are very patient and caring with her. I’m very happy with with the care and facility.

Had my husband there for 5 days. The building was nice and clean. The staff was nice and caring and went above and beyond to take care of him. The food was good and he even asked for seconds on some things. Thank you Country Meadows for taking great care and him. I will definitely be back.
