I ordered 9 plates, of which 1 was refunded initially. Unfortunately, 2 of the remaining plates arrived scratched and clearly defective. I contacted the seller promptly with clear photo evidence and requested a replacement. As the items were no longer in stock, they did not want the plates returned by post. I was then asked to physically destroy or break the ceramic plates and provide photos before a refund would be issued. Great range however customer service is near non existant/rude. Ignored at the counter multiple times waiting to be served.
Beautiful shop with loads and loads of great merchandise. Plus free gift wrapping which is a brilliant touch, once upon a time this was a standard of gift shops. Keep up the good work 👏
Packed tight with lots of things you won't find in the big stores, including quality kitchen knives.
