Absolutely horrible experience! When I went to check the cats in the guy working barely even seemed conscious. He was having a hard time even remembering what I told him 30 seconds ago. The whole place smelled disgusting like cat pee. Very unorganized and unclean. When we came back to pick up our cats a week later, there was no litter box in their enclosure, and there was urine and feces scattered all inside their enclosure.
