this place is horrible!! did I say horrible!! attitude after attitude and after attitude. your loved one may stay alive but you will die a thousand deaths... I have never seen so many bad attitudes in my life why anybody would go to this place is beyond me...

My experience riding the bus in the trolley has been I have bus drivers that have no idea what it means to be handicapped and it literally makes them insensitive to the needs of a handicapped individual it is leaving me frustrated 🥺🥴🤔
