I am deeply disappointed with the conditions and care at this rehabilitation center. The facility was extremely hot inside when it should have been air conditioned, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for patients. The floors were sticky and unclean, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Even more concerning, my friend—who is currently a resident—was left sitting in a dirty diaper for a long period of time. I’d give zero stars if I could. It is filthy as soon as you walk past the front desk. The rooms are totally unkept with disgusting furniture, they also have bedbugs. I immediately told the staff and they were completely unfazed. Do not send your loved ones here

During my stay all CNA were very sweet and attentive especially Rosalinda. Housekeeping was also very friendly and kept my room very clean. Prescy was also very kind and caring to all patients. I also want to point out how quick and helpful the social services department was during my stay they were on top of everything I had questions about.
