No calls back by social worker more than once , shamefully and un Profesional.
Absolute worst!! Every time I visit my mom she'll have her call light on for sometimes an hour at a time and no one will come to attend to her. I'll hear other residents calling out in the hallway begging for a nurse or CNA and they just get ignored. I looked down the hall and noticed every single call light on every room was lit up and when I mentioned it to the nurse within a couple minutes they all turned off but nobody got any service. It's criminal the way they treat these patients.
Don't go to this center, it is not clean, no care for the patient, the food is very bad, the place is not suitable for physical therapy 2024-2025
My relative had a good experience at Country Hills. They received the therapy they need to be able to return home. We appreciate the help we received from all the staff.
