I am deeply disappointed with the conditions and care at this rehabilitation center. The facility was extremely hot inside when it should have been air conditioned, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for patients. The floors were sticky and unclean, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Even more concerning, my friend—who is currently a resident—was left sitting in a dirty diaper for a long period of time.
