My niece was unfortunately there for much too long. She should have been transitioned out of there as she become a young adult. the amount of staff they went through in her time, and not saying much about the staff as there were far too many. I worked there for a short time , the youth house requires college education to work in in that house . Older staff are grandfathered in with zero clinical experience and treat the resident as if they were their kids .management is very inexperienced.. they neglect boundaries and professionalism. It's a basic homes for bodies to babysit. The adult co ed house is unpredictable and inexperienced people working. I took a cpi and future staff laughing and refusing to participate. They got hurt. Terrible staff.
They have good staff. But have to much rules and expectations for the youth, other then that it's fun! You can make visites with friends and family. I have experiences with them:)
