Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve never experienced such inconsistent and dismissive behaviour. On a previous visit, the same staff member had no issue allowing baby spinach to be added to my green juice (even though it’s not listed on the menu) I was happy to pay extra for it. This time, however, I was bluntly told it wasn’t possible and was rudely instructed to go and buy the spinach myself from the shop and bring it back for them to add. Bought bag of potatoes on Friday 20th by Monday 22nd 3/4 of bag were rotten ouzing mess disgusting quality smell was sickening.HAD A REPLY FROM MANAGER NOT REALLY ACCEPTABLE WHO KEEPS ALL RECIEPTS I DON'T EXPECT MY VEGETABLES TO GO ROTTEN IN 2 DAYS DON'T THINK THEY ARE REALLY SORRY I LOST MY MONEY THEY ARE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK
