Jeff has worked with all of my family as long as I can remember. He and his office have been excellent to work with. Recently I made some changes to my auto policy and Denisia was so helpful. She has been very professional, quick to respond and kept me updated through all of the changes.

Jeff McMeans is absolutely the worst insurance agent you could ever use, and I recommend staying far away from him. He has dropped the ball numerous times. Most recently (the reason we changed our home, life and auto) we sold and purchased a new home. We received an email from Jeff stating our insurance had switched over to our new home. He never did switch it over and our home was uninsured for 2 months before we had realized what had occurred. We were penalized for not having the insurance on our new home.
