Jeff McMeans is absolutely the worst insurance agent you could ever use, and I recommend staying far away from him. He has dropped the ball numerous times. Most recently (the reason we changed our home, life and auto) we sold and purchased a new home. We received an email from Jeff stating our insurance had switched over to our new home.
