Just switched over to Tru Fi. EJ helped us make the switch. He was helpful and pleasant to work with! We were seen super quick after coming inside. The process was smooth and fast! I highly recommend!
Highly unprofessional staff. I just got off the phone trying to get some information about a mutual customer and for that i needed to get the customer on the line. The rep said: "You gotta be quick because I have things to take care of" and I said that I was going to. When i got the customer on the other line and was explaining the reason for the call, the lady with the bank hanged up. I consider this to be extremely unethical and negligent when it comes to business
We just recently switched to this local credit union after being with a big branch bank for years. I regret that we didn’t switch sooner!! The service we have received has been phenomenal! Every time we walk in, no matter what teller is at the desk, they greet me by name before I even tell them any info. They respond to messages within minutes and are always so nice.
