So far so good greeted by a uniformed officer at the door place is clean staff friendly and it smells really nice so far no complaints at all

Highly unprofessional staff. I just got off the phone trying to get some information about a mutual customer and for that i needed to get the customer on the line. The rep said: "You gotta be quick because I have things to take care of" and I said that I was going to. When i got the customer on the other line and was explaining the reason for the call, the lady with the bank hanged up. I consider this to be extremely unethical and negligent when it comes to business
