A Good Store with Good Prices Country Dan's does have cheesy commercials with the owner often in a clown wig, but if you overlook that they do have some good buys. It's obviously not Ethan Allen quality, but they do sell serviceable furniture at a good price. The selection isn't very extensive. They are located off of I-25 and S Pan American Freeway, next to the old PetSmart and the the Harley Davidson store.
This was, by far, the best customer service I have ever had at a store! Thank you Frank for making our buying experience excellent! This store has the best prices! We went there first, then continued on pricing at other major furniture retail stores and ended up coming straight back to Country Dans. The other stores might have been bigger stores, but there was the same couch just in different colors, Country Dans had a very large selection of different styles. I will ONLY go to Country Dans for all of my furniture needs!!
ALL AROUND BEST SERVICE – I purchased a living room set two days before a big Superbowl party that I was having. Raul, volunteered to drive to Santa Fe to pick up the set that I wanted (because it was not in stock at his store), and deliver it to my home (ON HIS DAY OFF). Great Customer Service – I went to County Dan's looking for a bed for my son, and ended up purchasing an amazing flip-flop bed thanks to the salesman Frank. He answered every question I had, A couple months later I went in and spoke with manager Raul with a problem and was told the warranty had ended. Don't pass up this place! – After looking at every furniture store in town without finding a dresser to match my existing bedroom set, I stopped by this store. Much to my surprise, they had the color I was looking for, gave me a great deal on a brand new dresser, and delivered it fully assembled to my home the SAME DAY. Great employees, great service, and great price!
