The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They pointed out both pros and cons for certain models, and they offered free test-rides and a free quote for repairs on my old bike. I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything bike-related in the future! 6/5 stars.
Brought bike there to get my shifter looked at and some new tires put on. They returned the bike with a disconnected shift cable just dangling and tires squeaking like crazy against the guard because they put on too large of a size. Plus they said they were going to change some cables and they did not change them and told me i should just adjust it at home ( something i paid them to do, so i wouldn't have to myself) . So in short I got my bike back in worse condition than when I dropped it off and they still charged me $135
