I called to see if they had a an item available. I explained to the store employee exactly what I was looking for. We discussed the details of item, color, size, etc. to make sure I got the right item (this item was made in two versions and I stated very specifically which one I needed). I verified all details and ordered it and received it and it was the wrong version. It did not match the description we discussed on the phone.
