Company did not execute my move with professionalism or create a smooth transition for me as advertised. They were an hour late at arrival time. We were doing a 7 hour relocation. About 45 minutes out from the destination, I texted the guys to make sure they were okay. They replied back yes and they would see me in the morning.. which surprised me. It was NEVER communicated to me that this was a 2 day move and I would not have my bed/furniture to sleep on that night, which would have prompted me to make arrangements for slee... read more
