Came yesterday to buy a vaccine for my puppy as we were administering it to her the plastic part that connects to the needle broke in which left the needle stuck in my puppies neck. I called and explained to them what happens and they will not replace the defective needle stating that it’s basically on me and not the product. Check your bails before you leave. Their tattooed loader doesn't know what #2 is or how to count. Maybe he does know what #2 is and it's just bad hay.
Super helpful staff, from the cashier to the workers loading. First time visiting this place on my way to Lancaster to buy hay, it was a miracle we stopped at the McDonald's across the street and saw all the hay. Went in for prices and was substantially cheaper than where we were originally going. Will be coming here every time I need hay. A+++++
