DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. THEY WILL NOT Do ANYTHING FOR YOU IF YOU'RE NOT SAVEY TO THEIR OBVIOUSLY INCORRECT TERMINOLOGY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND VERY, VERY ARROGANT AND ONE SIDED IN THEIR VIEWS OF THE FINANCIAL WORLD. I RECENTLY TRIED TO APPLY FOR A VERY SMALL LOAN AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS A LESSON ON MY NAIVETY AND LACK OF FINANCIAL STABILITY AT THAT TIME. YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING TO ANY OTHER BANK THAN THIS ONE. NOBODY DESERVES WHAT THEY FALSELY CLAIM TO OFFER TO THE PUBLIC.
Got a travel card from this branch for 500. But the money was never loaded onto the card. Spent over an hour at this branch trying to get it corrected. Side note, the travel cards offered are not even through country club. There with meta. Unsure why tavel cards offered are from another bank entirely. Would not recomend this branch unless you have the time to kill.
