Avoid at all costs. They caused thousands in damage, never finished the job, almost killed us, and have vanished. Coming up on 2 years later and we are still missing toe kicks, valances, paint, and other parts of our cabinetry which were to be included. During install, Country Charm owner Wayne severely damaged our newly-finished oak floors, even after explicit instruction and agreement that they could not be exposed to damage at all. It’s clear from the get-go that this is a family-run store where the proprietor puts a lot of care into customer service and quality products. They sell a lovely array of wood furniture that can be customized based on the stain and upholstery that suits your home. My husband and I love the chairs that we purchased for our kitchen. They’re beautifully crafted and clearly built to last. Thank you, Wayne and Courtney for being so patient with us and catering to our unique family needs.
