I have bought several items through the last ten years,and have always received great service. Jason and his team went above and beyond this time helping me with a new headboard and fixing my bed frame.thanks for all your help.
This was one of the most disgusting and degrading experiences I’ve ever had in a store. I went in simply to check if the underpads they were selling matched what I already had, and instead of being helped, I was met with blatant racism. The man working there was immediately rude, hostile, and made it very clear we weren’t welcome — eventually forcing us to leave the store for no valid reason. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and undeniably racist. No customer should ever have to experience this kind of treatment.... read more
Horrible experience, bad customer service.
In response to Martin Harder and his damaged "in floor" water lines, (Although Martin's response has since been deleted) We’ve been installing flooring over heated floors for over 30 years. We use a 1 1/8" long staple to install subfloor over regular plywood, but when we go over a floor with heated lines below we reduce our staple length to 3/4" long and glue the subfloor to ensure the staples don't go through the plywood.
