All Smiles is NOT the place to go if you're looking to wait more than 10 minutes for your appointment. I was in & out of my cavity fill appointment in 20 minutes! The tech asked if I wanted to be numbed for my shallow cavity fill- something no other office has asked! Typically, it's just assumed. I am a total chicken when it comes to dental work (insert primal scream here). These folks take abundant care to make certain you know exactly what evilness they are about to perpetrate on your poor unsuspecting mouth and then they offer all the support you need to get through it. Do you need a minute before continuing - you got it, need maybe just an eensy bit more novocaine- no problem, how about a complete knockout - they know how to do it. As usual the service, professionalism and friendliness was excellent. Since they have remodeled it looks fantastic, so warm and welcoming. Marcy even gave me a tour. I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist that I would actually have a death grip on the chair. Not Anymore!!
Dental visits aren't my favorite things to do, but All Smiles knows this and makes every effort possible to be sensitive and professional. I've only had two dentists in my 61 year lifetime and I wouldn't switch for anything. The dental hygentists are great.
This second visit was as good as the first. Staff continues to be very friendly & professional. Amanda and Joan are great!
The joyful spirit and helpfulness of your entire staff makes things different right from the start. The respect everyone who works there shows to each other "Thank you" "You're welcome" must have been heard 15 to 20 times - the politeness and respect for each other is automatic. That respect and concern is also genuinely shown to your patients as well. All questions patiently answered, frequent inquiries about my comfort level, I felt I mattered to everyone there. Great way to run a business - or a life. Thank you.
Always a pleasant experience at All Smiles! The TEAM is very professional and friendly- it's like Cheers- everyone knows your name! New decor is very inviting and Dr. Imm has state of the art equipment to make sure his patients are offered the highest quality of care. You can't go wrong with Dr. Imm!!!
I couldn't be happier with my dental experience. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. I really like the fact that they took all aspects of my feelings into consideration -- from what I was "worried about" to "do you want to know about pricing beforehand." I was also impressed with the technology. My entire experience was delightful.
Love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The new interior is beautiful and inviting.
