I had a wonderful experience at All Smiles dental. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I'm typically very nervous about going to the dentist but since everyone was so friendly and reassuring, my nervousness subsided.

Dr Im and Robin are totally awesome. Only one small issue, temporary cap RU tooth fell off three times, which required frequent visits to the office for recapping and due to work and personal life it was surely a nuisance. My third appt needed to be rescheduled due to work, yet, the receptionist was not flexible or understanding. Honestly, I felt if the cap was placed correctly, It should not have fallen off. I am very upset at your choices, or, should I say, the lack thereof, of toothpaste. I know this may sound trivial to some, but, I don't appreciate paying $8 to $10 for a 1.4 ounce tube of toothpaste, which may or may not be effective; as opposed to the usual 4 ounce tube of Fluoridex [sic], which is very beneficial. Also, the lack of samples, except for regular Crest, leaves something to be desired. I hope this changes in the near future.

I have been going to Dr.Imm for as long as I can remember. I have always been a bit of a baby when it comes to dental work and Dr.Imm ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable!! His office staff for the most part are wonderful and kind and caring!
