Just had Brad and Kyle out here from Mount Barker depot to fix another ongoing issue with a Modern Roller Shutters install (worst decision ever). The blokes were absolutely amazing!! Fixed it in minutes!! Polite, Professional, Knew exactly what they were talking about, cleaned up, best fix Ever!!!!! Absolute Kings of the game, ridiculously impressed!! Thankyou again Country Blinds and big shout out to Brad and Kyle! Legendary!!!!!
Dec 2024 their sales rep visited Evanston to quote on 1 small and 2 larger alfresco cafe blinds for an area of only 9 m2. The sales rep did not disclose that the two larger blinds would have vertical centred heat seams. We did not discover till installation in Feb 2025 that the blinds had the seams and when rolled up they bunched in the centre and looked cheap. I approached country blinds due to malfunctioning of a couple of my shutter blinds, and I knew they had repaired one of them at the time I took ownership of the property. They came out (need to pay a fixed amount for this) to check the blinds and worked on three of them. Unfortunately, one still has the same issue, and the second one has now stopped working altogether.
