I have been a member of Country Bank for decades and they have always been fantastic. Recently, due to a death in the family, my life became very chaotic and complicated, including financially. Country Bank, and especially the team in Brimfield, MA have been nothing short of amazing. Kind, understanding, and, most of all, helpful. I moved out of MA a number of years ago, but I still use Country Bank for the majority of my business, because I have not been able to find the same level of service elsewhere. Thank you.

Nice branch in old historic building great customer service and nice employees. We go there at least once a month.
