Absolute abomination. After numerous calls to the company regarding DATE AND TIME of delivery, al I hear is WHY THEY CANT DO THAT. Every delivery service informs a customer when to expect a delivery. even a 4 to 6 hour timeframe would be acceptable. Then after 3 requests to be called when they get here, they still dont have those instructions in my profile. You would be NUTS to hire these people given their numerous shortcomings and
