Jeff is a misleading salesman. This business is not located in Seattle. It is located in the Philippines. They charge premium prices and pay employees in the Philippines for a fraction of what it would cost them to pay American employees. None of this is disclosed to me as a new customers/clients. I was completely misled, I was under the impression that I was supporting a local business. Excellent and thorough service! Very affordable as well! My previous bookkeeper couldn't handle all the different aspects of my business and I would often have to send reminders to do certain things. With this firm it's them sending me reminders, as it should be.
