I've just read the other reviews here, and I'm surprised there are any negative at all. Jeff was very up front with me at the outset about his location, which should come as no surprise to anyone who does business with US firms in any industry. Jeff is a misleading salesman. This business is not located in Seattle. It is located in the Philippines. They charge premium prices and pay employees in the Philippines for a fraction of what it would cost them to pay American employees. None of this is disclosed to me as a new customers/clients. I was completely misled, I was under the impression that I was supporting a local business. Excellent and thorough service! Very affordable as well! My previous bookkeeper couldn't handle all the different aspects of my business and I would often have to send reminders to do certain things. With this firm it's them sending me reminders, as it should be.
