Whenever I need a Lodge product Counseltron is my first stop. They always have stock, delivery is super fast, and their customer service is top notch!!!
So, I ordered what I thought was a regular-sized grater from Counseltron, but it turned out to be a mini grater when I picked it up at their warehouse on Tempo Ave. When I asked the employee there if I could return it, she flat out said no. I can't rate the pan I purchased because it's a gift, but I can say the service was great and shipping was prompt. This was my first time shopping here but won't be my last.
