There is absolutely no communication to be had. Heaven forbid you have an ethics or licensure question, you will never get a response through phone call or email.
I have been licensed for 10 years and every time I have to interact with the board I truly dread it. The communication is horrible, when you reach out do not expect a response. I have tried to reach out for everything from licensure renewal, to approval of interns, to background checks and they will not respond no matter how many times you attempt.
