I have been licensed for 10 years and every time I have to interact with the board I truly dread it. The communication is horrible, when you reach out do not expect a response. I have tried to reach out for everything from licensure renewal, to approval of interns, to background checks and they will not respond no matter how many times you attempt. I have been an LLC -Supv. for the past 30 years. Every 2 years I have extreme difficulty accessing the website URL (It changes every year, and I have had to also change my password every year). Additionally, it is extremely difficult to contact anyone via phone to get help. I also hold a license in Pennsylvania and have never had any issues with license renewal.
