Trish is very attentive and insightful, and has a very soothing voice. I have found her sessions effective and would recommend her if you are trying hypnotherapy for the first time.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Trish. A month ago I was a total wreck with 3 years of uncontrollable ibs, and anxiety/depression. I felt instantly improved right from the first session. Trish sent a recording, which I used each night. Likewise with all my sessions so far. Worth every penny.
What can is say, except truly amazing. I have had 57 years of childhood baggage that i could finally face only due to Trish. Ive tried everything. Trish on the other hand after only 4 sessions has cleared it all. This is something i thought was impossible but not so again thank you Trish. I am now so much more relaxed as noted by friends and colleagues and finally at peace. I am forever indebted to Trish. Thank you.
Myself and my husband both had hypnotherapy with Trish for anxiety and within a couple of sessions she totally changed our mindset. I cannot recommend her enough
