Called to setup an appointment as a new patient. Will only go to voicemail because nobody picks up. Oh wait, and here’s the kicker: the voicemail box isn’t even set up? Of course, it isn’t. Because why answer the phone or call people back who are trying to get help for themselves? That would be ridiculous, wouldn’t it?
Wish Pamela was a little more alert and aware that her "patients" need her. Please don't be a therapist if you aren't willing to answer your patients when they're contacting you and begging for an appointment, especially being suicidal.
