We purchased a mattress from Coulter’s Furniture and the one delivered was not the same as the floor model—the stitching was different and it had a strong chemical odor that lasted more than a week and made my wife ill, forcing us to sleep on an air mattress. The incorrect version is still displayed on the showroom floor. I'm just really disappointed, we bought a $3,000 sofa and we're given a gift card. We were told we could use the gift card on anything that was a lie. We had to spend more money to be able to use the gift card. I feel scammed because, they specifically told us it was good to use no one mentioned we had to buy more.
