I was looking for a tax accountant or someone to assist with starting my business. During the consultation, she seemed friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing. Communication was inconsistent—I rarely received responses to my emails, and when I called, I was simply told the work was in progress. Despite following up multiple times over several weeks, nothing was ever completed.
