First time getting tax paperwork from here as I now belong to a small family corporation. I didn't realize how long it would take to get our tax paperwork back. When I received the paperwork, there were 13 pages!!! Wow, I didn't expect that! I thought maybe a couple of pages like regular people tax paperwork. I was looking for a tax accountant or someone to assist with starting my business. During the consultation, she seemed friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing. Communication was inconsistent—I rarely received responses to my emails, and when I called, I was simply told the work was in progress. Despite following up multiple times over several weeks, nothing was ever completed.
All the staff at Coulee Business Services has been amazing. Very quick and cost efficient. Especially compared to other accounting businesses!
