Received an email from Rob asking if I still wanted my online order. As the helmet was a floor model, no box. I called the store right away instead of responding by email to let them know that wasn’t a problem and that I still wanted the helmet. Rob let me know the floor model had been tried on. I assured him I still wanted the helmet although I wasn’t aware of it being a floor model. I mentioned this twice phishing for some reassurance on the helmets condition.
