Our experience was great from start to finish. Trevally greeted us at the door and showed us all the options available for the dinning room chairs we were looking for. She advised us of the time lines for delivery and payment details. The chairs actually arrived a head of schedule and they delivered them and set them up for us. The delivery guys were awesome. The chairs look great and we are super happy with them. Purchasing furniture from Cottswood was much better than Purchasing from the big box stores. Gary Cooke
