10/10 experience with Cottswood. They stand behind not only the quality of their product but also their customer service. Kate and Anastasia were outstanding--professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making things right. Huge thanks as well to the furniture technicians for their excellent work. We are so pleased from beginning to end with our new leather sectional! Kim was so helpful in selecting our pieces and providing options. Delivery was scheduled efficiently, and the guys were very professional. Customer service has been excellent and we are just so impressed overall. The couch itself is of very high quality materials, and we will be enjoying movie nights for many years here! Thank you!
