Cottswood’s customer service is fantastic! When I described the problem I had with my 10 year old dining chair on the phone to Raphael, he agreed to take a look at it. Within 1 day, my chair was as good as new. He “went the extra mile” to not just repair the original problem, but also do some preventive care and touch up signs of wear.
